To the ex-loyal customer that sent me this note. I want to thank you for brining your concerns to my attention. I really do appreciate the opportunity to have a conversation. Oh wait! You didn't give me the opportunity to have a conversation.
I noticed that the post date was one day after the mandate was lifted in our county. We did remove the signs from our windows. If you were to come back, you will notice that they have been removed. Also, masks work both ways. Most of my staff has been asked by their parents to continue to wearing a mask. Wearing/not wearing a mask is the right of every individual.
I do have a question for you. Will you not go to Safeway because I was in there today and most of their employees are still wearing a mask? How bout Starbucks? Will you no longer go there? Will you write them the same letter? One with no contact info so a dialog is impossible?
Please know that as an employer, I ask my employees to practice their own judgement. I personally do not wear a mask but that is my right just like wearing one is theirs. Please save your judgement. No one really cares!
