First time growing sweet corn. The idea of corn always intimidated me and I didn’t think I had enough space to grow a good stand of corn. I decided to just go for it this year and it’s coming along nicely. It’s a really pretty plant. I’m looking forward to seeing what the harvest is like. Did you know that corn is classified as a grass? 😜 I’ve often heard the saying “you can’t eat the grass” well as it turns out you actually can, well the seeds of it at least. 😂

Hey our garden is still at a little bit of a lull but we will be at market this evening with a few fresh produce offerings and our beloved dark chocolate chip oatmeal cookies. Things should start to come in more abundantly by the end of August. Thanks for sticking with us. ❤️

Hi Squyre Squad!
We just wanted to let you know that we won't be at the Alamogordo Farmers Market this evening.

We hope you have a great remainder of your week.

Hey SquyreSquad! 👋 I know a few friends have been looking for us, the last couple weeks have really full so we had to take some time off from market. We should be back Wednesday the 24th and Wednesday the 31st. We’ll see you then. In the mean time, continue showing up and shopping local at the Alamogordo Farmers' Market every Saturday from 10:00am to 12:00pm and Wednesdays 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Washington Park. Your support means the world. ❤️

I have 5 boxes of Wheat Free Oatmeal Cookies with dark chocolate chips available. Our printer actually ran out of ink so I don’t have any labels but here is the ingredients list FYI per home production guidelines. 👍🏾 There is no cinnamon in the chocolate chip ones (I use the same label for the oatmeal raisin). I’m not sure we will be able to make it to any markets this week but any support would be much appreciated. Let me know if you’d like a box and we can arrange porch pick up. $10 for a box of 5 cookies.

Market is canceled tonight due to high winds. Please share to get the word out to the community. ❤️
