Finnegan aka Finn came in a week after everyone else. He's been a SUPER easy puppy, until it comes to tethering, kennel training and car riding. Then he sings the song of his people.

He shows a pretty extreme case of separation anxiety so far. He's just had a hard time leaving home and adjusting to his new life. With that being said, he has made huge growths however.

He has absolutely been a great friend to everyone, and has been such amazing side kick. He has picked up on obedience really fast, and Potty Training. He has taken to grooming really well, as he is a Doodle Breed, so making sure he's started young and will enjoy it for the longevity of his life.

He now lays down and settles or hangs out in the car with us. As well as even takes naps! He used to crawl in your lap, and all over the car screaming/ barking.

Scooter is his favorite, but he loves anyone and anything like a typical Golden. LOL. I think this is a great wrap for week 2!

Scooter is coming up to her 3 week mark in her Puppy Fundamentals Program!

She has grown SO much. Physically, and mentally. 💕🐾

She has turned into a delight during the car rides. She nicely approaches the car and let's us load her up. She settles well where she is put, and is very polite. She even sleeps in the car during longer trips or after a long day.

She is so polite with thresholds on and off leash. Making sure to wait and be called through the doors wherever we are.

She walks really well on a leash, but has her puppy moments and is easily reminded and redirected to proper placement.

She is growing on her Place/Bed Training, feeling more confident and comfortable being walked away from, and even with the doorbell ringing at the shop (we don't have a doorbell at the house.)

She is letting me get to the end of the leash for her sits, and is starting to understand to hold her downs. She is so s***ky with other tricks we've been shaping and working on as well.

She is such a sweet and cuddly baby, always finding a lap, or a dog to snuggle with. But also is very good about going and finding a toy and settling down too.

We're coming to the end, and I'm so excited for all the adventures her mom and her are going to be able to do!

We're coming up on our 3 week mark with Todd, and man has it been up and down together. But we just keep trying! Dog Training is never perfect, and always rainbows and sunshine. You'll have good days, perfect days, and trying days.

3 weeks ago, I would have never gotten this dog on any object. This week we've gotten up on different obstacles, as well as he finally gets on a Lifted dog bed for Place/Bed Training. He even walks on it on his own when roaming around.

3 weeks ago, I would have never trusted a kid to walk this dog, or even hold the leash for me for a moment. Now, I trust my 12 year old to walk him supervised.

3 weeks ago, I would have never trusted him to approach people without immediately jumping on them. But now, I feel confident that he is starting to properly greet people gently, and politely with his feet on the ground.

3 weeks ago, I would have never trusted being near a dog, or going to a place where dogs are moving back and forth. Now, I can comfortably take him to the grooming shop, and he'll lay down and watch a dog walk back and forth from the tub to the table. He can also play with variety of size of dogs now.

Todd has been a HUGE challenge in more than just his size. Hehehe. But Collectively we've worked together as a team and have helped Todd in many ways. Way to go Kid!

Good morning everyone! We will be closed today to get ready to transition our hours to provide all our clients with the best service we can. Hours will be odd as we transition to the new ones, so you can always call to make sure we are at the shop before heading down. Moving forward we will start transitioning toward being open Tuesday through Saturday 12PM to 7PM. Grooming will still be by appointment, and self service will always be walk-in, first come, first serve. Thank you to all our loyal clients, and look forward to pampering all of them. 🐾🩷

Titan "Todd" has had his ups and downs this week. It hasn't been super easy on him leaving home. Which some dogs take longer than others to relax and settle in to a new place. I'm hoping a visit with his family and home helps him relax more, knowing he isn't gone forever. 💕

With some struggle, we have seen improvement over the weeks span. We started getting more consistent response to his name, and recall. He is much easier to walk on the leash now! He is beginning to shape waiting at thresholds, and the word "No" or "Leave It". He eagerly performs sits and downs with food Lure, but he isn't as fond of doing it without a paycheck. I get it! 😂

Hopefully we'll have more progress next week! He's a big strong brute and he knows it. But he's also a sweet babe inside too. 🐾

She is a beautiful blank canvas of s***k and desire. She's so fun to mold, as well as helping her overcome moments of uncertainty.

Thanks to Rescue Rehab LLC for challenging us, and prepping us for the day we needed to use all our "reps and practices" for a real life moment. For Testing Jasper with his CGC and CGCA and CGCU tests as a Service Dog. Thank you Caesar the No Drama Llama Needs New Wheels for letting us join you as you made rounds! We was beautiful to see everyone interacting with Caesar and the joy and happiness surrounding that. Also, I can't tell you how much I appreciate you letting Jasper meet Caesar and being patient while he learned what a Llama is. Soooo proud of my personal SD Jasper and how well he handled the environment for as busy and packed as it was, along with the costume folk. He also had no problems assisting me halfway through until I was ready to go back in to find our friends. He just turned 2 years old! ❤️

Our Mascot Jasper has went around the Sun twice today. Everyone who meets him, falls in love with him. It's hard not to love this goof-man. He's been such an amazing dog, and truly incredibly wonderful to work with. He's exceeded anything I thought was possible. We've made huge strides this year with Title's, Training, and Service Dog Work. As well as getting some adventures in there. I can't believe he's Two Years Old now. I remember when he came to us at 6mo old, and him turning into my personal dog was not an idea at all. But I'm sure glad it ended up that way. He has been such a blessing to me, and my family. As well as the business. He's such an asset and I am honored he chose me as his person. Here is a handful of clips of the last year, probably my favorite moments with him. Some of the guests we had for Fourth Of July. 🎆💕🐾 Everyone enjoyed lots of play before the fireworks, and we spent the few nights before working up to the big day in hopes to over come some fear or stress to fireworks. Or we were able to reinforce ignoring them and resuming life like normal! During the fourth we did a lot of rewarding for calm behavior and good mental states during the shows. We are so incredibly proud of these dogs, and the ones who became brave throughout the events. We try our best to not let dogs be scared and work on exposure and desensitization for this day so when owners have their dogs, they don't have to worry about their dogs being scared. Thanks for everyone who trusted us with their dogs during this Holiday! It was a busy and fun night for us! 🎆🎇🎊🎉🐾

One of our favorite things to do is bike with our dogs. What about you? Rudy is a natural at it, and boy does he love to do it too! He's helped me dust off our bikes since the nicer weather came back out. Her puppy coat was horrendous, and so we decided to shave her down to get her ready for Summer and practice a grooming session. Trainer Kass's personal Service Dog has been hard at work. They successfully completed their Canine Good Citizen 2 weeks ago, which has been a goal of hers but also has been a huge relief since their Car Accident together. They both had a rough time mentally and emotionally after the wreck, and are still recovering. But Jasper has completely excelled and even stepped up more than he ever has. Jasper also has been progressing his Service Dog Tasks and is finally getting pretty consistent on his newer and more advanced task like doing the laundry as shown in 3 clips in this video.
