Last weekend, a cat showed up at our friends’ house out of the blue and had been hanging around the property. Seeing as she seems to want to be around people, we can assume she may have been dumped.

Yesterday, they kindly trapped her for us, knowing she’d be much safer in our care than outdoors with the extreme heat during the day, and predators at night.

She was very scared last night, and hid from us. However, this morning she accepted some pets, gave me some headbutts, and even purred. We are calling her Honey ❤️

We have three beautiful girls that are in search of their forever homes!

First up, we have our very classy little ladies, Genevieve and Winona. These two are a little shy at first, but once they know you’re safe, they’ll start approaching you for belly rubs and snuggles. Their favorite pastimes are being cradled like babies and splashing in their water bowl.

**Winona and Genevieve have been showing signs of being bonded, so it’s required that they be adopted together.**

And last but definitely not least, we have Tula. I’m sure you can already tell by the crazed look in her eyes… this girl is a riot! 😂 She is always up to something silly, whether that be launching herself across the room on to the cat tree, crashing into walls, or… her favorite activity… climbing on to your shoulder so she can lick your hair. She is truly so sweet and would be perfect for anyone looking for a playmate for their active cat.

We got some new kitty furniture last night and the girls are loving it! I’m a bit tired today after getting woken up several times during the night from them crashing around, playing on it. 😂

Abby’s dream came true tonight… after being abandoned outside, pregnant and cold…she finally found a home of her own. And she gets to live out her life with one of her precious babies, Barnaby, who was adopted with her.

You deserve the world and more, sweet girl. I’m going to miss our talks, but I couldn’t be happier. Happy life, my Abby and Barnaby. 🥰💕

Oh Abby…

I could go on forever about how special this beautiful girl is. She has such a gentle, healing energy; there is something otherworldly about her.

Abby showed up at a feral cat colony last year, and judging by her attachment to humans, it’s likely she was dumped. She became very friendly with the colony’s caretakers and from what i was told, was even trying to follow them into their cars. She was so desperate for a home. When her belly began to grow, Kitten Angels was contacted and the timing was perfect for me to take her in.

Abby gave birth to five beautiful kittens during the quiet of the night in early December. In her begging to find a home, she not only saved herself, but her babies as well… they were born during a blizzard that they would likely not have survived outdoors.

From the moment they were born, Abby has been unconditionally devoted to her babies. The true definition of a loving mother. She raised them well and now they’ve started to find homes of their own.

But Abby deserves a loving home just as much as her babies. I’m writing this to hopefully paint a picture of just how wonderful she is in hopes that her family is out there.

Abby loves to be held. She will stand on her hind legs and reach up for you, wrapping her little paws around your neck and leaning into you when you hold her.

She *loves* scratch boards as well as hanging out in pop up tents/tunnels. Even better… put a scratch board in a tent and she’ll be in there most of the day.

Her calm and patient demeanor would be perfect for a family with young children. Although she’s a bit iffy about other animals, I think she’d be okay with very slow introductions. I would absolutely prefer that she get adopted with one of her kittens, but I’m open to adopting her out solo to the right family.

And so it begins…

Sweet mama Abby saying goodbye to one of her babies. Warwick was adopted tonight by a previous adopter of ours (Francis and Maude for anyone that remembers our other all black litter). Although I’m sad and miss him already, my heart feels so full knowing that he went to the absolute best home where he will be so loved and cherished alongside our other two. Happy life, Warwick, my little buddy. How I’ve loved watching you grow. 💕🌱

This is so bittersweet to announce… Abby and her five babies are officially ready for adoption. 😩 It has been such a sweet journey with this bunch, watching them grow since day one, and as sad as I am to see them go, I know they’re more than ready.

I would prefer them to go in pairs. All of them are super sweet, affectionate, and quirky in their own ways. These are some truly special kitties. I will be posting individual pictures/descriptions of them later on.
