I started out by selling reptile supplies online to fund my non-profit reptile rescue (www.BeautifulDragons.com) that I started in 1999. I decided to open a store in our town to not only offer reptile supplies, but to also give reptile advice, offer reptile services (f***l testing), and to help find good homes for the rescued reptiles. I also support some of the local reptile breeders in our area and you will often find reptiles for sale in the store from these breeders.

This is one month's difference in Rankins Dragon! Insane that they grow so much in just a few weeks! Rankins on left hatched July 22, and the one on the right hatched June 24.

We are hopeful that the older ones (on the right) will be ready to start going to their forever homes in 4 to 6 weeks.

If anyone has excess kale or romaine growing in their garden and has no use for it we will gladly take it at Reptopia! We are pet sitting for a sulcata tortoise and have recently had a few tortoises dropped off as surrenders so the extra greens right now are greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Hard to believe this adult male Panther Chameleon is still available! We have two that are super friendly, they will beg to come out, they will eat out of the tongs, and they will even beg to be taken down from the vine when they're tired and want to go back to their cage. Talk about personality.

We got our shipment of crickets in today and they all look good. Thanks to everyone who was understanding on the delay and the limitation we had during the high temps.

It's gonna be another scorcher today! We are changing our hours just for today, Tuesday July 9th.

We will open an hour early at 11am, and close as early as 4pm.

If we're busy at 4 we will stay open a little longer to accommodate everyone. Sorry for the temporary change in hours. Stay cool everyone.

We're so excited! We've had a not-so-secret breeding project going on since last year and it's finally paying off! Babies are only a few weeks old, so it will be a few months before they are ready. No deposits yet. Come into the store for more details.

Just wanted to let everyone know that due to the high temps today and for the next several days we are anticipating not being able to get in crickets until late next week, or at all, or possibly not until the 16th of July. And due to that we will need to limit to the purchase of 50 crickets per sale. Sorry for the inconvenience and hope everyone understands.

We have a group of 4 sugar gliders (standard gray) that are living together in a large cage that are up for adoption, cage and everything you need is included! They are priced below retail.

If you're interested and have sugar glider knowledge, please come in and inquire on them IN PERSON. Since they are up for adoption we will thoroughly question you about their care. So come prepared.

Albany friends: Found a dog at the corner of Waverly and Queen today at about noon. He had a leash on him that was knotted so tight we had to remove it. Brought him home and he's very timid. Looks like a pit mix of some sort around 40 lb, fixed. Please reach out to me if this is your dog or you know who this dog belongs to.

We are now the proud owners of five sugar gliders. We have normals, platinum, and leucistic. All the females are pregnant so we hope to have sugar gliders to sell early next year.

Once a week we give our adult breeding Mossy Geckos a Repashy grub pie treat. It gives them extra calcium and vitamins. The extra calcium is essential to a breeding Mossy Gecko.
