PLUS...we have our very own Dog Bakery that makes healthy treats that your pups will love AND we added Grooming Services in 2022. We have 3 fabulous groomers at this location that will groom both dogs AND cats!! We also give you the ability to book your pet's grooming appointment online for either location…

Key points to remember when it's below zero:

Keep pets inside:
During extreme cold, bring all pets inside and limit outdoor time to quick bathroom breaks.

Protective clothing:
For short-haired breeds or pets that need extra protection, consider a pet coat or sweater to help them stay warm.

Paw protection:
Wipe down your pet's paws after going outside to remove snow and ice that could irritate or injure their footpads.

Fresh water access:
Regularly check your pet's water bowl to ensure it's not frozen and provide fresh water frequently.

Antifreeze danger:
Be extremely cautious about antifreeze leaks as it is highly toxic to pets, even in small amounts.

Monitor for signs of distress:
Watch for signs of discomfort like shivering, lethargy, or reluctance to go outside.

Specific considerations for below-zero weather:

Elderly or young pets:
These pets are especially vulnerable to cold temperatures and may need extra protection.

Small breeds:

Newest surrender… when will this stop? Unfortunately this one may need to be put down due to pressure in his back causing him to have a harder time breathing due to caving in. This is severe Metabolic Bone Disease (MBD). This is from improper/no uvb. This body structure is NOT normal!!! Getting the right Lighting is super important. For uvb, it needs to be either reptisun or Arcadia uvb T5. There is different strengths that matter. This link is to our website and to a quiz that will tell you which one you will need. ❤️

Without the correct uvb your dragon will get metabolic bone disease and it’s not reversible. Can’t just get any brand. 😊
