Is this your dog? This sweet one was found running around between Albert Lea and Alden, she has a collar but no tags. She has been on the finders property for about a month but is finally trusting enough for a picture. Please call the clinic if you know who this sweet baby is. Thanks!

Good Morning! With all of the heat and humidity coming, we thought we would give you all some tricks to cool your furry babies. Please remember, if your hot outside, they are too. Careful with walks, the pavement and sidewalks can burn paw pads quickly. If walking on super hot days, they should be kept short and as shaded as possible. There will be a couple of links in the comments for great recipes for a cool snack that is also healthy! Please watch your furry friends for signs of heat stroke and don't hesitate to call or text us if you have ANY concerns. Have a safe and fun summer!

With spring and Easter on our doorstep have a care not just with the candy but please remember that the cute fake grass in baskets (especially the scented ones) can be just as dangerous as the candy. We hope you all have a fun, warm, safe spring!

Thank you for the splendid birthday wishes. The many pets we see make our days most enjoyable. But it's the wonderful people we meet that puts the icing on the cake. Thank again. Dave W

Good morning,
We hope you all have a safe holiday! Just a reminder table food can be bad. Turkey is fine but only the inside that is not seasoned, same goes for all foods. Please do NOT give your four legged friends the bones from either turkeys or ham. Cooked ham bones and bird bones are never safe for animals to have. They splinter and could cause some major problems. If (and we hope you don't need it) anyone needs an emergency clinic there are Blue Pearl clinics in Rochester and Egan and the Animal Referral Center that are good places to call for emergencies. We hope you all have a safe and fun Thanksgiving and will see you Monday.

Good morning. We have a foster at the clinic who could use a home. His name is currently Slick. Slick was found in a grease trap and brought in by a good citizen. He looks like he will be a long hair, a bit skittish but friendly once he warms up to you, though he can be a bit sassy. If anyone is interested we will neuter him and give him his first vaccines. Please reach out to us if you or someone you know would like this sassy boy.
