Hi Friends!

Sorry mom hasn’t been as active on this page as she previously once was. I promise she is still taking care of us, going to dog events, and my personal favorite… weekly agility training. We have been busy in dog life and personal life.

I hope you all are enjoying the mud as much as Chesney, Enzo and me. Mom says her floors are a never ending chore to keep clean right now (sorry mom!).

Well that’s it for now, it’s play time with my sister and brother. Mom told me she promises to keep you all in the loop going forward!

Kenny Chesney sang it best “Cause everybody needs to break free from reality”.

Kenny Chesney didn’t disappoint last night in concert. He has been on my bucket list to see for over six years (since our Chesney was a baby). When my friend asked if I wanted to join her and her mom last fall to see him in concert, I didn’t hesitate and jumped on the opportunity.

I have now seen all three singers who the girls were named after: Montgomery Gentry “Gentry”, Kenny Chesney “Chesney”, Bob Seger “Seger”.

Although Kenny didn’t sing “Live A Lil’” (who Chesney is named after), I had so much fun last night! I’m grateful for my friends to allow me to go and break from reality a little bit!

Keeping Kort and his family (along with the rest of our Nebraska friends) in our thoughts and prayers.

Kort’s house was hit last night in the Nebraska tornadoes—their house had roof damage along with flooding. Donna and Sean are all okay thankfully.

If anyone needs our help, let us know! We can come and help or take an extra dog if needed until you are back on your feet.

Tomorrow night starts another eight weeks of agility training or eight months of conditioning total. It’s been a slow learning process for both Seger and Jordan, but with lots of determination and help from their instructor they are making great progress. Agility has pushed the pair out of their comfort zone and maybe one day will give them the confidence to compete.

Happy THIRD Birthday to Maggie, Enzo, Lilibet, Oliver, Gabi, Sunny, Willow, and Paisley (ChesneyxKash 2021)! They came into this world with lots of excitement—emergency c-section in the middle of Covid restrictions, yet they are all thriving in their families! I couldn’t ask for a better litter and Gentry’s Pride human family!

Did you know? Chesney earned her NADD Dock Junior (DJ) title in February. She had 5/5 qualifying jumps in a row and a personal best jump of 13' 6". We are so proud of her!

Chesney's favorite dog event is dock diving. Quite often she'll get so excited she barks on the dock before jumping into the pool.
