Please take a few minutes to read and think about these reminders.. I would like everyone to have a great experience while using our services throughout the year!
Please remember we are in a small space, if you notice another client already checking out or dropping off, please wait outside until they finish their business. Do not barge in! Do not stick your fingers in other people's dogs kennels. We can not be held responsible for a dog biting..
All dogs must come in on a leash if you are not carrying them. (we cannot stop working to chase your dog). Please make sure you walk your fur baby before entering. There will be a $5-$10 charge for bathroom accidents due to not doing so. (If this becomes an everytime occurrence, we will go to a 3 strikes you are out policy) Also do not let your dog p**p in the driveway where others walk! Please do not spit in the driveway where others walk! Please be courteous, pick it up p**p and dispose of it in the trash can provided outside.
If you are not on a standing appointment schedule and would like to be or need more appointments, send updated vaccinations or other concerns via text.
Do not be ugly in the driveway to other clients!. If you're in a hurry do not park in the driveway. I have room to park in the yard and you are welcome to park on the side of the road. Do not block traffic please..Do not sit in the driveway waiting on your pet.(They can see you and we can see you, it makes it so much harder to finish grooming your dog safely and takes much longer. I will text whenever you are done and then you can come in.
Grooming times are running between 2-3 hours per dog. We will TEXT you when we are finished. No need to repeatedly call or come by to check if your dog is done. If you need them sooner than the allotted amount of time, you need to let me know BEFORE drop off.
Finally, I appreciate all my new clients and those that have been with me since the beginning 10 years ago and I know we will have lots of fun with this season and I want everyone to enjoy the grooming process with us💖🦃🎄💖 Thank you for all the support and love you have shown my little business💖💖

Just a quick update on scheduling for 2025 for everyone!

❤️Saturdays and Mondays fully booked
❤️Standing appointments 65% booked for the next 6 months! ❤️ I will be working on the schedule for the next few weeks.. please feel free to pm me to reserve your puppers spot!
❤️ Unfortunately we will NOT be accepting NEW large breed clients for this season that would or do exceed 50lbs+, Some breeds that would include are
Bernedoodles
Any doodle over 50 lbs
Bernese Mountain Dogs
Huskys
Great Pyrenees
We appreciate every client that refers family and friends to us unfortunately there is only so much we can do and only so many we can help ❤️
