The deadly fires in LA have been dominating the news for days, but yesterday a Boofy's team member here in Albuquerque lost almost everything (including several pets) in an apartment fire. A GoFundMe has been set up for Danielle and her mother to help them recover from this devastating tragedy. If you have a few bucks to donate, your generosity would be deeply appreciated. 😿

After 4.5 days of living hard on the mean streets of ABQ, Nikki is safely home and acting like her absence was no big thang. Heartfelt thanks to everyone who shared her flyer and offered support! 🐾❤️

BOOFY'S FRIENDS NEAR 87112: Lisa's newest kitty, Nikki Sevven, is missing! Nikki dashed out the front door this morning, got spooked, and disappeared into the neighboorhood near Eubank between Constitution & Indian School. She's a street-savvy former outdoor kitty who will be difficult to catch. She's a long-haired black female, 1-2 years old, spayed, and microchipped. If spotted, please don't attempt to catch her. She's very sweet but has a healthy fear of strangers. Please share to help Nikki get home safely to her devastated mommy!

Message from Owner: Nikki Sevven lived rough outside at an RV park all summer while trying to raise a litter of kittens. A determined rescuer finally trapped her and her last surviving kitten in September. Nikki dashed out the front door this morning (12/30/2024) before getting spooked and disappearing in an unfamiliar neighborhood. She is a fun, affectionate kitty who is loved very much by her new mommy, but she is used to surviving outdoors and will be difficult to catch. If spotted, please do not chase and instead call.

Description: Nikki is a small, long-haired black spayed female cat, approx. 1-2 years old. She is microchipped. She is a former outdoor kitty who escaped from her new indoor-only . She is very sweet and has an unusual high-pitched meow, but she is street savvy and fearful of strangers.

Start off 2025 with more love in your life! If you are looking for a pet to add to your family, this Saturday is a great time to find your new addition. Albuquerque Animal Welfare is sending the Lucky Paws Adoption Van to our Golf Course store with dogs of every kind and color. The adoption fee is waived for all pets! Each adoption will include spay or neuter, vaccinations, free custom pet tag, and a microchip. AWD is also offering one day of free basic dog training with every adoption. 🐾
