FOUND DOGS!

***update: no chip

2 large male Rottweilers. One of our volunteers is taking them to get scanned for a chip and the shelters are not open. It’s not ideal for our volunteer to house them over night.

Are these your dogs? Found at Rio Bravo County Park. Please share so we can reunite them with their owners! Thank you!!

We thought these little baby puppies were 3-4month old American Bulldog or pit/boxer mixes… because they look very young and are very much puppy sized (13inches from the ground to their shoulders)

Turns out… with all of their adult teeth… these tiny things are 6-7months old!!! So who knows what they are! Maybe the modern day Olde English Bulldogge? Or English Bulldog x pibble? Boston terrier x pibble? Frenchie x pibble?

Yah never know! Although our tiny pibble Birdie was mostly Pibble x boxer. So the possibilities are endless for these kiddos 🤣

Baby dawgs are safe and secured🫶🏻 poor babies are timid and undersocialized. We have separated them into different foster homes because they showed some pretty severe signs of littermate syndrome! Can’t wait for them to feel safe and secure and blossom into normal puppies! No puppy should be timid and on alert like they have shown us💔

Puppy fosters needed!

Any takers for fostering 2 American Bulldog puppies? (Or maybe boxer/pit… who knows!) We received a message about these 2 pups being dumped in the mesa and need foster or adoptive homes!

Let us know ASAP so we can tell the finders we can help… supplies and vetting provided by us! Jump into the new year with fostering an adorable lil pup! Approx 3 months old. Unknown vetting status.

✨DONATIONS NEEDED✨

Neptune has had an amazing transformation since coming into our care all the way from Georgia! The Georgia humidity was not helping his skin allergies but the dry Abq air and the right combination of medication and medicated baths has a made a world of difference! His current regimen, which has been working wonderfully, involves a certain diet and a combination of meds! We sure could use donations of the food he’s on-both dry and wet, as well as monetary donations to go towards his vet bills and prescriptions. He is SUCH a sweet cat and we’re thrilled we can help give a chance at a comfortable allergy free life! He’ll be looking for a forever family soon too! 😉

Alumni Winnie the Blue is trying out being a doggy foster sister for the first time! She was beyond excited, and while she needs a little help in the manners department… we are so excited to see Winnie’s dreams of having a foster bruthaaaa come true… AND break a shelter stressed doggy from the shelter!!🥰

He is Albuquerque Animal Welfare ‘s longest-term resident, and it’s breaking our hearts. Chip deserves so much more than a kennel. He deserves a family.

Every day that passes is another day Chip misses out on playing in a yard, curling up on a couch, or hearing someone say, “Good boy.” He’s been overlooked time and time again, and we just can’t understand why. Chip is an amazing dog with so much love to give.

But he wasn’t ever trusted off leash and he didn’t consistently respond appropriately to kitty smacks.

We continue to be floored at the fact that lil Chiad has received 0 application!!!! This girl loves her humans, loves cuddles, loves to play, loves all dogs, can live with cats, is not leash reactive and doesn’t pull much at all… she will hop into the car and go on any adventure!!!! Hector Chavez with Vertical Real Estate is always stepping up for families and animals in need! Today he is making a round trip journey to Alamogordo to help a stray dog that is all kinds of beat up that needs some TLC. We can’t wait to meet him and see what we can do to help. Thank you Hector🥰
