New Boy incoming!!!

Johnny has been in boarding for MONTHS after being rescued from a hoarding case. Mid-America Bully Breed Rescue is sending him to us in ABQ to help get him to learn to love humans. His mama and his dad (or brother or uncle… who knows😅🤣), Amora and Teddy (Cheeseburger) are here in ABQ as well. But… adopted!

His mama supposedly didn’t like humans when she first came to us as well. But she quickly changed that narrative 😉 let’s hope this boy comes around quickly as well!

Thanks to the help of Amy the transport coordinator, and SEVERAL transport volunteers… he will be here by this evening!

These two ladies were VERY excited to see each other for the first time in a week or so🥰

They aren’t bonded. They aren’t being fostered together. And we aren’t too sure about whether or not we would adopt them out together… but… if someone has a friend, family member, or coworker that is in the market for a new pup…. We would love for two families that know each other adopt them!! That way they can still be besties and see each other🥰

We have no clue if they are blood related, just from the same home, or met while being strays. But the love they have for each other is undeniable! So cute!

THINGS JUST BECAME EXTREMELY URGENT FOR THIS GIRL. IT IS NOT CONFIRMED, BUT SHE POSSIBLY HAS PARVO.

We had a foster human go to Valco this morning to have her dog meet her to see if it would work, a m&g couldn’t happen because of this parvo POSSIBILITY.

What does this mean? This means that if she has parvo, she is at serious risk for euthanasia. If we can get a foster, we will treat her IMMEDIATELY. The foster home must have FULLY VACCINATED dogs. And must be able to keep her separate and contained in an easily cleanable area for a minimum of 2 weeks.

CAN ANYONE HELP SAVE HER LIFE??? We will post an update asap as to whether or not it’s officially parvo.

We literally cannot save her life without a foster home.

Look at how AMAZING Rosay is doing! Remember this girl? She was suffering in the shelter environment and she was at risk because of how much she was deteriorating. A foster HERO stepped up to save Rosay’s life and she is absolutely thriving in foster care and learning so many amazing things. Rosay is 🐶dog friendly, 🐱cat friendly, and 🩷loves all humans. She will thrive with structure and love and leadership similar to what her amazing foster is giving her.

‼️FOSTER HOME NEEDED‼️

Another dog in need of foster care… we cant do this without foster homes. Help us say yes to helping these dogs. 🫶🏻 We haven’t quite found someone for the puppy we posted, but we have to get this guy posted as well. He deserves a freedom ride too.

Archie has almost been there almost a whole month… a foster home is the only answer to help him.
