Gently used items are always needed for sale at our Thrift Shop. Proceeds from your gifts benefit the pet residents in our care & your donation is tax-deductible. Donation drop-off hours: 10 am – noon Tuesday through Saturday. Please note, these hours are subject to change based on the high volume of donations accepted in our processing area. Thrift Shop Pickups: We are now offering large item cur

bside pickups at your home! Please call 505.938.7915 to schedule your large item pickup. While we very much appreciate the thoughtfulness of your saleable donations, we cannot accept the following: Mattresses, Sofa Sleepers, Box Style TVs, Printers, Metal Desks, Broken/Damaged Items or Building/Construction Materials. Items accepted are also subjected to Animal Humane’s staff’s discretion.

More than 5 months ago, this young and vivacious American Pit Bull was brought to our store by his owner, who loved Thrifter dearly but could no longer care for him after becoming unhoused.

Thrifter is still looking for a home of his own, and can't wait to meet YOU!

We are open for Black Friday, and not just our Thrift Shop! Animal Humane New Mexico is having a Black Friday Weekend Adoption Special! All pets with any amount of black on their body from their nails to their nose is having their adoption fee waived through December 2!

Stop by any of AHNM's Adoption Locations to search for your new best friend. All 2024 models, like Hank here, must go home!
