Great overall experience. Dog started to vomit and have diarrhea on a Saturday night, and due to Covid restrictions extremely long wait times. Very happy that they were open on Sunday and were able to accommodate us as an urgent care visit. Very professional and caring. They were able to determine the root cause and our dog is back to normal after spending the night at the hospital. Great Experience. The night of Christmas my dog started limping on his hind leg I was very upset and stressed out. Early the next morning I was told to go in at 8am & it may be a 1-3 hour wait to be seen. I was seen within an hour. The Doctor was very informative And gave me options. From the minute I called devastated in the early morning hours right after Christmas. They made me feel calm and taken care of. I was told the vet wouldn't be in until 8 AM but I can come right away so I can be seen immediately which I was. Me and my dog Dee O.G only had to wait about 45 minutes to be taken back into the room and be seen by the vet. The vet was very sweet as were all the staff there my dog Dee OG is a six year old pitbull, who was not walking on his back hind leg, the vet gave me so many different options, and they were completely affordable, especially for an emergency vet visit. I left completely happy only to notice that night My boy came down with an ear infection so I called them back up early in the morning the next morning and they still got me in the middle of other peoples appointments. Needless to say, I did wait over an hour to be seen, but I didn't care at that point they still took care of my boy . They've even called to check on him. I definitely recommend a Petroglyph Animal Hospital to any of my follow pet owners. They are amazing and completely affordable.
