We asked, "From where do dogs sweat?" The answer:
Dogs sweat from their paws AND their noses from glands called merocrine glands.
However, panting is the most efficient means dogs have of cooling off. Dogs also have apocrine glands throughout their bodies. While these are technically sweat glands, their purpose is pheromone production.

Using ANY drugs without veterinarian guidance is dangerous for pets.

"Pet owners currently using these unapproved drugs are asked to consult with a veterinarian for proper diagnosis and treatment, and to dispose of these products safely. The FDA encourages reporting any adverse effects observed in animals after their administration to its Center for Veterinary Medicine."

Six companies, all but one based in the U.S., received warning letters from the Food and Drug Administration for selling unapproved drugs claiming to treat seizures in pets.
