Thanks for a great weekend! We had lots of happy adoptions and some fun times! Flower from HART NM spent lots of time being super cute and enjoying Churu treats. She is still adoptable! We will see you again next week! 🥰🐾

Update - Adopted!!! 🎉 Morris is an almost 1-year-old sweetheart from Desert Paws NM Animal Rescue. He was abandoned at a gas station in Sandia Pueblo but thankfully the attendant saw it happen and got help for him right away. A kind BIA officer came for him and got him to Desert Paws Rescue, where they took excellent care of him. He is pretty shy at first but then is an absolute love who enjoys attention from people and having cat friends to play with. Update - Adopted! 🎉 Snuggles from Desert Paws NM Animal Rescue is the sweetest and her name fits her very well! At only 5 months old, she is also super playful and fun. She is fearful of other cats but loves people and may like to be an only kitty. Please email [email protected] if you'd like to meet this beautiful calico! 🧡🐾

Bambi came all the way to Catopia from Oahu! A wonderful organization rescued her and many other cats and are finding them homes through PURRS Across The Pacific ✈️
Imagine year-round kitten season! The nice weather in Hawaii makes it harder to keep up with the many kitties that need homes despite tremendous spay/neuter efforts. We will love partnering with this hardworking group to have more Hawaii cats come to the cafe 😺

Minh is the sweetest snuggle buddy! She loves being next to her people and is a wonderfully loving cat. She is adoptable through High Desert Cat Rescue and Adoption and you can contact them or us if you'd like to add a 3-year-old angel to your family. She is deaf, but doesn't let that slow her down. She would prefer to be an only cat but LOVES kids and people. Thanks for sharing this bundle of happiness to help find her a happy home! 🏡❤️🐾

Please join us for a fun painting with cats day this Wednesday between 11am-8pm. The $12 admission and project costs all go straight to the kitties as always. A canvas is $10, kindness rocks are $5 each, and snowflakes are $5 each. All are self-directed but we have some fun design examples to help spark your creativity! And we have great cats to assist you 😺🎨

Want the BEST shoulder cat? Sasha Roth from Albuquerque Animal Welfare is your girl! She is 6 months old, spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Her left eye is cloudy from a past upper respiratory infection but you would never know she can't see as well. She can do everything like normal! She gets along great with other cats and is super sweet to people 🥰
If you'd like to meet her and our other cafe cats, we are open 11am-5pm this weekend. It can be a good idea to make a reservation at catopiacatcafe.com because weekends tend to be busier. Thanks! 😃🏡❤️🎉

The cutest Chihuahua mix puppies came to visit us yesterday and we LOVE them! They are such adorable little ones and didn't upset the cats at all - very cat-friendly! 😺
The three puppies just quietly enjoyed the company of their fosters and visitors while being indescribably cute. The white puppy is Rudolph and is male. The other two are V***n and Blitzen and are female. They are adoptable by contacting their wonderful fosters at on Instagram 🐶❤️🐾

Black and white kitties are so fancy! Ring in the new year by adopting a beautiful kitty (or two) like these fabulous girls! 🎉
Sasha is a 6-month kitten who had a rough start before she got to where they saved her life from a bad upper respiratory infection. She has some cloudiness to her eye but it doesn't slow her down a bit! She is very friendly with people and other pets.💙
Kassandra is also 6 months old and was rescued by . She is very sweet and loving and does great with other cats. She is the one with an all-black face except for those adorable whiskers💙
Cherish is 6 months old and great with people and cats! She was raised in a loving foster home with dogs too! She is the one with a little white above her lip.
These cuties are in a foster home for now but available to be adopted by contacting us at [email protected]. 🐾😺
