Heidi Eleftheriou farms Certified Organic raspberries on a picturesque piece of land that runs alongside the Rio Grande River and has sweeping views of the Sandia Mountains in Corrales, New Mexico.

Heidi works alongside her son, Dimitri, and a small team to create a collection of six delicious hand-crafted, low-sugar raspberry and strawberry jams in small batches.

Heidi's Raspberry Farm products are a local favorite and have become a staple in homes across the country.

Eleftheriou has been recognized as "Organic Farmer of the Year" from the New Mexico Department of Agriculture (NMDA), won the "Local Hero Award" from Edible New Mexico magazine, and has been voted "Best of The City" by Albuquerque the Magazine.
