I am planning a non sanctioned cattle dog jackpot August the 20 th. Handler meeting at 8:30 trial starts at 9:00.Handler will go with their dog,the course will have obstacles and 2 pens.also you will sort or pull your cattle that you work. The entry fee is $50. Per dog with a 2 dog limit per person.
In the event there are less than 20 dogs we will do a 2 run aggregate.

The herding party April 2 and 3 is canceled for now.

Call me with questions and to reserve your working slots . Slots are $100 per day, and auditing is $25. Per person.
I will need to know what day you can come,as there are only 12 working slots per day.
The stock that is going to be used are light weight calves, and yearling lambs, and possibly ewes with lambs.

Just a quick update.the herding party is rescheduled for April 2 and 3.Lambing is going good 14 of 21 are done with 23 lambs on the ground in 10 days.
