This retreat is a combination of focused activities and self-directed time to wander, breathe, journal, and experience nature in this beautiful equestrian setting. You'll emerge feeling refreshed and re-energized.

We all know we need to prioritize our own mental and physical health in order to be at our best. We know we need to put our phones down, go outside, check in with our bodies, and connect with other human beings. Life gets in the way, and we tell ourselves we'll do it later. Half way through the season - so proud of the team for the hard work and success!! All the riders put in sold rounds, Conny was a fast 4 in her first $100,000GP, and ended 22nd narrowly missing the top 20 cut off for the WEC cup but what makes me so proud is that he braided his own horse, rode fantastic and came afterwards today to bring him some carrots and thank him for a great weekend. 🥕 💕🐴🥕 it just melts my heart to see how much these horses do for us!! There has been more then one evening Hugh’s stayed later and arrived before us. This does not go in noticed, carrots for everyone for all their hard work 🥕🥕🥕
