The best way to finish the circuit. Leo had to do the OJ Simpson run out of the show to the airport so Dewey gets the man of the hour picture as well as the best pony ever award.

Saving the best for last! Much Ado and Leo were Reserve Champions in the Large Childrens Ponies WEF 12. Leo missed the photo as he had to race to the airport. We are beyond excited to watch these two this year!🏆🎉

MEA Haven is looking for a new team member. This position will tuck into our routine horse care including mucking, grooming, turnout, as well as traveling to local shows.

This is a fun family friendly barn with a great set of dedicated clients and kind horses. DM Ginia Skeens Wilbrandt to apply and inquire.

It was a great weekend at Morven Park Hunter Series! So much fun had by all. Super rides from everyone with extra smiles for Leo on his grandmother, MaryLou Glover's Chilly W***y, Keira riding Turtle Bay and Stephanie Rowan riding her own Williamsburg, pictured here, who had tri-colors in the Pony Hunters, Children's Hunters and Lows (Saturday and Sunday!) respectively.

Our thanks to trainer Ginia Skeens Wilbrandt and Tiffany Ann Mueller for the excellent training rides. The show wouldn't be as much fun if it were not for the tireless efforts of Emersyne Kearns and Bea VanSant who ran the shed row and made sure everyone got to the ring on time, looking their best and ready to show.

On that note, MEA Haven is looking for additional help in the fall when our top notch grooming and farm team return to school. If you are interested, please DM Ginia.

Lots of fun and pretty ribbons yesterday at Sandstone Horse Farm!

Excellent rides and progress from Chilly W***y and Leo, HRH Humility and Juleanna , Williamsburg and Stephanie, Quiet Storm II and Maureen, Reidell’s Pumpkin Spice and Elizabeth.

What a perfect weekend at Morven Park for the Local and Regional Weekend of the Washington International Horse Show! Team MEA Haven had a great show with lots of accomplishments at the end of the show season.

Kristi Flis and GQ's D'mitri had amazing trips and a ribbon in the Pre-Adults. This team are really becoming so consistent at putting it all together - the jumps, the ends of the ring, the pace. Can't wait to see what happens for them next year!

Juleanna Glover and Centrist also had solid rounds and are holding that pace to find the jumps beautifully. They were Champion in the Pre-Adults!

Bea VanSant had two gorgeous rounds in the Large Children's Pony Hunter on Shelly Skeens Hazel's Ladybug to earn the Champion for the Division and Grand Children's Pony Champion for the weekend.

MaryLou Glover's Chilly W***y had double duty. With Keira in the Medium Children's and Leo in the Short Stirrup divisions. He had lovely rides and some ribbons with Keira on Saturday. On Sunday, he and Leo were Champion in the Short Stirrup Eq and Reserve in the Short Stirrup Hunter. Watch this space in 2023!

Elizabeth and Amy Fitzwater Miller's Piedmont's Uptown Girl came off of a little rest to compete at the Zone Finals in the Small Medium Children's Pony Hunter. They had lots of good moments and we are so proud of all they have achieved this year!

Thank you so much to our trainer, Ginia Skeens Wilbrandt for making sure we get to the ring, and to Jose for making sure the horses look amazing at all times. Tiffany Ann Mueller your rides setting everyone up are so appreciated.

Thank you to everyone who put the show together - and especially Bev Abbott who is always so friendly and helpful!
