Their goal is to produce outstanding upland bird hunt puppies, that are not only great family pets, but machines in the field when it comes to upland bird hunts. hey train all breeds. Gene received his Advanced Level HuntSmith Trainer Certification from Ronnie Smith Kennels, LLC in 2015. After establishing Cahaba Kennels and 4 years on his own, Gene was presented with the opportunity to serve as Kennel Manager at Five Star Preserve. He now manages the kennel and breeding program at this very prestigious private hunt preserve in Kellyton, Alabama.
