This is worth sharing.

There is nothing natural about large numbers of unfamiliar dogs partaking in high-intensity activity in a dog park, and this shouldn’t be the benchmark for a social dog. If your dog is not their best in such an environment, you are not doing anything wrong. 👏👏 There is nothing wrong with your dog. 👏👏 Your dog is normal. 👏👏

I hate to hear stories like this. I’m glad that, in this case, the story has a good ending.

The pooch was left on the side of I-75, with a third of his body submerged in water, just hours before Hurricane Milton made landfall. A rescue organization said the dog was stressed but recovering.

No comment needed, except maybe to state that Donald Trump was the only president in modern times not to keep a pet at the White House. (Andrew Johnson was the previous president not to keep a pet, and he was elected 151 years before Trump.)

Just one more case where I have to ask myself, “What is wrong with Donald Trump?”

When your dog comes to the dog pound because you’re tired of him, because he bothers you, prevents you from going on vacation or other excuses...
He sits and waits.
He's waiting for you to come get him.
A second, a minute, an hour, a day, a month, a year --- he's waiting for you.
He doesn’t know why, but he’s waiting because he trusts you, because unlike you, he loves you.
Listen up well then. Your animal is not a toy.
Think twice before getting a pet. You have the responsibility of a living being and of a family member.
