Learn to Speak Dog!
Do you understand what your dog is saying to you when he/she barks. Dogs are trying to communicate with us. They have a meaning to their mayhem. We just donโt speak dog! But there are ways to decipher dog speak. When your dog barks in groups of 3 or 4 at a mid range pitch. That is a call to action. It means that something or someone, friend or foe is entering our territory. We need to investigate. Hereโs a good example.
The day that Gaucho couldnโt come see Kallie!
Puppy love! This a great example of dog communication. At first the gray dog (Gracie) will pet and lean forward accepting the love of the tan dog (Louis). As the love session continues, Gracie starts to feel uncomfortable and shows it by turning her head and then getting up. The lean and the sideways look are all a form of dog communication.
