It’s official: Howl’oween winners are in from annual Old Town, Alexandria trick or treat walk!

Grand Prize - “Cerberus” WE SWORE WE SAW THREE DOGS IN ONE!

1st Runner Up… Dumb & Dumber. These guys were THE DUMMEST!

They’ll be getting a $75 gift certificate for

2nd Runner Up… Coraline! The alternate reality we all needed gets a $50 gift certificate for !

3rd Runner Ups… It was a tie! Renaissance Chichuahua AND Jurassic Park fam are each receiving $25 gift certificates for !

Doggy Trick or Treat Sunday 10/27 starts at 12pm at 705 King St in Old Town! 🎃👻💀🐶

This Sunday, October 27th, join the annual Old Town Halloween Trick or Treat and have your pet’s costume immortalized by a professional photographer inside the Photo Booth before taking your trick or treat bag and map and walking Old Town together to hit all 53 participating businesses!

We’re here for you at the Kitten Scavenger Hunt today!

Please join The Dog Park in supporting Homeward Trails’ first Kitten Scavenger Hunt of 2024 until 2pm today!

Participants start at our store The Dog Park (705 King Street) in Old Town and be provided with a flyer to continue solving the mystery!

When participants visit the kittens, the Homeward Trails volunteer at that store will stamp their flyer.

When participants visit each store and get all the stamps, they will be enrolled in a raffle to win prizes!

Although we think the grand prize is taking one of these cats home!!!

Get ready… set… kittens!!!

Mark your calendars for one of the funnest events of the year, everybody!

What is a kitten scavenger hunt? Around 6 stores will host a minimum of 2 kittens for a 2 hour event (12-2p) so people can meet adoptable kittens (kittens will be under 1 year old) and visit great shopping in Old Town.

How does it work?

1). Participants will start at (705 King Street) in Old Town and be provided a flyer with a map of Old Town on one side and clues for participating stores on the other (these flyers will also be available in each participating store).

2). When participants visit the cats, the volunteer at that store will stamp their flyer.

3). When participants visit each store/get all the stamps, they will be enrolled in a raffle to win prizes, provided by the likes of us!

We’re also hoping some attendees will fall in love with the kittens and apply to adopt them…
