Looking for a lap (or shoulder) cat? Come ask about Finn. He is the sweetest cuddliest boy and would love a warm lap for Christmas. He is about 7 yrs young and although he gets overwhelmed by loud noises, he is clingy and loving! He is fine with other calm cats but no dogs or kids.

He is on my back sleeping as I type this….

We have a full house of precious angels looking for a home.
If you are considering adopting, come in and chat with us. A couple of our cats are able to go to foster-to-adopt situations where you can see if they are a good fit (with an approved application). With the holidays coming and daily requests for us to take more cats, we would love for some of our cats to have a home of their own ❤️

We are obsessed with the latest batch of cats. These three are all 7-9 years young, which is the perfect age because they prefer to cuddle and hang out and don’t have soooo much energy. All three are lap cats! Al could probably go to any kind of home. Luna would be ok with a medium level home, while orange and white boy Finn just wants a quiet lap. Consider giving one of these special sweet angels a home for the pawlidays!

This , I hope you will consider our very small nonprofit which we started this year to help care for our residents and rescue some hard cases. A generous donor has offered to match the first $200 in donations!

Maria and Khloe are two cats currently available for adoption under our nonprofit Marlee’s Misfits.

With your help, we were able to get Maria a dental and medication and she is now happy and comfortable and a completely different cat than when she arrived.

With your help, we were able to get Khloe and her sister Minerva from the NC hurricane and get them vet care and tests to make sure they are happy, healthy, and safe.

We also are able to care for cats with known issues such as Bali or Gloria who are both hyperthyroid but so lovable. Now we know they will always have the medicine and care they need.

We were able to get Faye allergy testing so she can be more comfortable after years of scratching herself to bleed.

And of course, Meg may not be here if you guys didn’t help us get her tests and scans to determine she has an autoimmune disease. With your help, we were able to get her diagnosed and on medicine so she can live a happy and full life ❤️

We hope to raise some funds today so none of our cats ever have to go without the care or meds they need. There are also so many other cats waiting in shelters that we would love to pull out but we can’t do that without help as many need vet care and testing.

Our tabby and white babies! Temone is a big, playful boy from Kuwait that loves to run around. He would be great in a home with kids and/or a dog buddy. He loves laps and pets too. He has been waiting for so long.

Ivy (on the ladder) is a sweetheart with some sass. She loves to get head pets and look out the window. She also loves to play but prefers to play solo. She would be great with someone who understands she may want to cuddle sometimes and other times be left alone. She prefers a home without young kids or dogs.

Both of these cats are great and have been waiting months! Please consider adding them to your family. ❤️
