Effective immediately…. There WILL be an aggression dog fee added to any service,
This means if your dog must be muzzled for any part of their groom they will have a additional fee😊
If you don’t agree with that then your dog will not be welcome back at my salon

Educational post❤️ for you and your pets!
Ticks can look so different depending on species and how engorged they are of food(blood) these are 3 I’ve found just this year and yes I collect them in a bottle full of alcohol bc they are not having a chance at life again, also I’m interested to see how many I find this year🤓 check your pets! The ticks are out in full force this year! When removing them, use a locking Hemostat or a tick key! Make sure you grab the base of the head, you will pull tissue bc they’ll be latched on with their teeth, clean with peroxide or rubbing alcohol and keep an eye on spot!

Service provider issues from last month have caused persistent phone glitches—voicemail messages get automatically deleted! Contacting each person and resolving these bugs now or by tomorrow while exploring alternative phones for better function❤️

8 cancellations in the last 2 weeks💔 get ready for a policy to sign once the salon is done and I have my filing system in place, I feel a bit taken advantage of right now…… I am pretty understanding, but when 5 people cancel on you it hits your income a lot, and any extra money I have right now is going into the salon….. I’m making so many upgrades to help accommodate your fur babies needs ❤️ my table that is coming is $2,000 alone just so it can go low to the floor but still sturdy enough to make your xl dog feel secure while going up to workable space……. Please consider this next time you cancel, after 3 I will have to suggest a new groomer 🫶🏻

Edit this groom all depends on hair type and current coat condition, also to maintain this hair cut is on a 6-8 week routine schedule and cost $150-$175, and takes 4-5 hours to complete trying to eliminate time wasted when calling to schedule, as I am very limited on how much time I can take away from my work, remember I am only one person❤️

Please don’t feed your dog breakfast if you have a morning appointment they will be fine until lunch time, nervous poops is one thing but pooping 5 times on my table as I’m trying to finish your dog groom just isn’t working 🙃 I only wash one time and if I have to rewash after I’ve already completed the initial bath and dry the next one is extra🥰 like a whole nother bath and dry ❤️

The salon is almost finished and I will be able to fit more dogs into my days as it will be a complete remodeled salon, with updated table, and dryer, also a whole list of new tools and products I’m excited to show and use on your babies!
I am ONE person that truly tries very hard to please everyone❤️ I’m not ignoring you, heck I may have forgotten to message you back! So if it’s been a week and I haven’t gotten back with you please just reach out again❤️ I don’t mind, and your are not a bother 😊

New policy due to high volume of no shows or last minute cancellations,
You will still be responsible for half of your total that day or you won’t be able to re book, this is getting out of hand and is becoming a problem

So example if your groom is normally $50, you are responsible to pay $25 from missing your appointment before I will rebook you, it may be a another day for dog owners but when I can’t fill that spot I make nothing, and I have a list waiting to get in my books

As many of you know I strictly do one on one grooming so one groom can set me back a whole day if you have multiple dogs scheduled or a large job ❤️

Might be time to implement a late pick up fee….. 45 mins to an hour is pushing it! I have other dogs scheduled that I have to focus on…. Big changes happening when the new salon opens
