🖤 IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION 🖤
I have some new policies being implemented and I hope you all can appreciate these growing pains, as I am trying to find what path in life I need to be taking for long term. Not only for my clients, my small business I’ve grown proud of, but also for my own family and mental health. It has not been without a long, hard thought process and a lot of going back and forth with this decision.
For the time being, I will no longer be accepting new clients. My schedule just simply does not allow for new clients on top of the existing clientele I already have. In lieu of trying to not burn myself out from being a people pleasing, workaholic, I am hoping this helps eliminate or cut back on that. Plus, I hate telling my repeat/returning clients no.
I previously raised my rates a few years ago (for new, not existing clients) and have been able to maintain but with the cost of everything else in the world going up and my time being more valuable and precious to me with a declining dog of my own at home, this is the only thing that makes sense to me. My new flat rate is $40/day. Even for existing clients. This takes place immediately. Now if you have already booked dates with me for the 2024 year, I will still honor those old rates in which were previously agreed one. But moving forward for future bookings, please just be aware the new flat rate is $40/day.
To be transparent and honest, I’ve toyed with the idea of closing down altogether but I don’t think I’m ready for that quite yet. I’m burnout on life currently and it’s a pretty crappy, stuck in the deepest rut feeling. I know so many of you can relate. I will circle back about this matter in the fall and hope that the new policies being implemented, may be enough to not burn me out completely. My clients pets have always been dear to my heart and are what will keep me pushing through this season. Send my love to your fur babies.
