Today is Check the Chip Day to remind pet owners to not only have their pets microchipped but to make sure the registration information is up to date.
Microchips drastically increase the chances that lost or stolen pets will be reunited with their families, but a microchip can only be helpful if its registration information is accurate. Call us with questions about microchipping or registering your pet so that we can help all lost pets find their way home 💕
We hope everyone goes into the weekend like these two 🐾 Whiskey and Mighty stay with us frequently for day care and boarding and are very well loved by Country Creek staff. These two goofy pups have become the BEST of friends and love getting to play together during their stays….the big smiles say it all 🤎
Sweet Emmie had a mass surgically removed this week and was a little embarrassed by her surgery shirt but we think she couldn’t look any cuter 🥰❤️

Is your dog up to date on their influenza vaccine?
Canine Influenza (CIV) is a respiratory virus that is easily spread from dog to dog. The best way to keep your dog protected is to keep them away from sick dogs, away from heavily trafficked areas, and keep them up to date on their influenza vaccine. Sage was very timid when she came to her first appointment at the beginning of 2023 but with fear free handling, lots of love and patience, and hard work from her amazing owner, Sage has blossomed and now greets us with tail wags and kisses.
The vet can be a scary place for new pets and it’s important to us to tailor each appointment to each pet and take the time to make them comfortable. We look forward to your pets coming to see us and we strive to make an environment where they look forward to coming to the vet as well!

This beautiful boy was found in Waterford parks in Allen, TX. He does not have an id tag or microchip. He will be safe, fed, and cared for in the meantime, but we would love to find his owners! Please reach out to us with any info and help us reunite this sweet boy with his family.

Precious Piper Rose came to see Dr. Lollie this week to ensure that her ear infection had resolved 🎉🌹
Here are some of the signs of ear infections to look out for in your pet:
- Scratching at their ears with their paws or rubbing their head on the ground/furniture
- Excessive head shaking
- Discharge or odor coming from the ears
Call us if any of these signs are noted in your pet so we can get them in for a visit👂
As Summer begins that means time for vacation ✈️ We offer cat boarding in our spacious kitty condos with windows that overlook the lobby for your kitties to enjoy a little vacation while their family is out of town🐱 Call us to get your cat booked for boarding or stop by for a tour if you are interested in seeing more!
We know that with the summer season comes wet, dirty, and shedding pets as they spend more time outside and in the pool ☀️ 🏊
A deshed bath is the best way to keep your furry pet clean and get rid of some of that loose fur. Meet Dory, an adorable little furball looking for her forever family! She is currently 6 weeks old and will soon be looking for her forever home! She will need to stay with her momma until she is 8 weeks old.
Dory loves chasing toys and exploring her surroundings. She's been litter trained and is in purr-fect health. Her soft fur and big, curious eyes will melt your heart instantly!
