Alright folks… For real this time… We have moved! We are FINALLY open at our new address 851 E. Main St. We are so excited to be able to start treating patients out of this facility, and can’t wait to see everyone and their fur babies here Monday morning. ♥️

We are so thrilled to announce the return of Dr. Brian Shiplov to our Allen Veterinary Hospital Staff! Many of our long time clients will recognize him as has been a part of our AVH family for 10+ years. For those who have yet to meet him- Dr. Brian Shiplov graduated from Louisiana State University school of Veterinary Medicine in 2005. He joined Allen Veterinary Hospital in the fall of 2007 after moving to Texas from Richmond, Virginia where he first worked out of vet school. Dr. Shiplov is originally from Shreveport, LA where he attended Louisiana Tech University for his undergraduate degree. He was also a member of the Louisiana Army National Guard. Dr. Shiplov lives in McKinney with his wife Kelly, who is also a veterinarian in Plano. He and his wife have three kids, Katie, Ben, and Elliot. They have one dog named Gryffindor (Gryffy) and two cats named Phoebe and Guinness. Dr. Shiplov enjoys clinical pathology and surgery best when it comes to veterinary medicine. In his spare time he enjoys music, playing guitar, and most of all spending time with his family.

Instead of closing early on June 7th as stated in the earlier post- it has been pushed back by a couple of weeks! We will be open normal hours tomorrow!

ATTENTION!!! We will be closed for Memorial Day Monday May 27th. We will also be closing the clinic early on Friday June 21st to start our big move over to the new clinic! We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to seeing everyone in our new space! ♥️🐶🐱
