Billy truly hit the jackpot, after a hard start in life. Sarah’s Pet Paradise team moved him every step of the way with nothing but love from Japan to Chicago, then onto Albuquerque New Mexico. We are all cheering for you Billy. No one deserved this more than you.

Queenie and OMalley were the perfect traveling family duo. They can’t wait to reunite with their families in California, after relocating from Okinawa Japan with Sarah’s team today.

Queenie has rightfully earned her name… truly a little princess. O’Malley is completely okay with letting her run the show.

Dundee was ground transported by Sarah’s team from North Carolina to Chicago, boarded with us for three weeks…. Enjoying the first class pampering before flying to Okinawa to be reunited with his amazing family.

20 days of boarding, pool parties, and sleep over movie nights… it was time to say goodbye to Odin and Molly. They boarded their flight today to Tokyo Haneda, and no one in the room had a dry eye. Japan has no idea on how lucky they to have these two new residents. Your family is our family.

Let’s talk about how amazing FINNEGAN did traveling from Okinawa to Chicago, then ground transported to Alabama by Sarah’s team. Finn was a total champ and is super excited to be home!

Interesting fact about Akitas. They have webbed feet ! And this is to distribute their weight on snow. Finn might not be seeing snow anytime soon but he can’t wait to see his owner in a few days. Way to go Finny!!!!

Brie traveled from Japan to Chicago, then on to California with her pet nanny. Brie was rescued by her mom and now has her fairy tale ending that every princess deserves. We all have been cheering for you, Brie. You deserve all of the happiness that is in store for you .

Leo, who is undeniably adorable, was beyond thrilled to see his family. Proof in the pictures 😂😂

Leo traveled internationally from Japan to Chicago, followed by a flight in cabin to Phoenix Arizona.

This couldn’t have gone smoother- all smiles all around.

“My grandpa is cooler than most!”

Sweet Chestnut traveled from Japan to Chicago today, and was greeted upon arrival by her grandpa.

Chestnut left Japan before her family due to the mandatory heat embargo that starts on May 1, which restricts all snub nose pets from traveling May 1-November 1.

Ruby traveled from Japan to Chicago , then ground transported to North Carolina.

Ruby received first class care during the entirety of her travels. Enjoying the good life with grandma and grandpa until everyone can be reunited .

After having less than 24 hours notice, Sarah’s team was able to get Ming Ming and Genki from Tampa to Chicago, with a week in home boarding (with our amazing and patient pet caretaker Steve) then to Okinawa Japan.

Let our experts take the stress away from worrying about the reservations and paperwork.

NIKKO and SADIE certainly had theirs. Flying from Tokyo to Chicago on an accompanied flight, then ground transported to Kansas City with Sarah’s team.

Sarah’s team had so much fun spending time with this perfect pair and honored to have been trusted with the process of reuniting their family.

Maggie boarded with our team member, In- home, and soaked up all the attention and new toys.

Instead of wondering what kind of care they are receiving , we have pet cameras that allow you direct access into their suite. It has motion detection , sound, and ability to speak to your pets.

Our suite is designed to resemble a bedroom, equipped with a wall mounted TV and radio.
