❤️4th of July Tips💙

It the Monday before the holiday & firework season is here! Here are a few things to work on before Thursday 👇

🇺🇸Double check your pet’s collar, ID tags & microchip information to make sure secure & up to date.

🇺🇸 Make sure to exercise your pet in the mornings before it is hot & spend a little extra time doing so! Play fetch, throw some catnip toys for your kitty, try exploratory games or go for a long walk or hike with your dog. A tired pet is a good pet!

🇺🇸 Make sure your home is prepared for loud sounds with calming techniques. Try pheromone plug ins like Adaptil, noise machines or leave the TV on.

🇺🇸 If your pet is a nervous hider, set up a safe spot for him or her, like placing a blanket over their crate.

🇺🇸 Lastly, if your pet requires anxiety medications, today is the day to call your vet to get those filled.

Our supplies of food are running low, especially kitten food! 😅😅😅

We have brought 4 kittens in this week, are working on a transport from a community shelter & started work on a local cat colony for TNRing.
