Enjoy the Lehigh Valley Zoo like never before with our special Cruise LVZoo Drive-Thru fundraising event! Starting on Thursday, May 21, through Monday, May 25, between the hours of 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Lehigh Valley Zoo will allow guests who have purchased tickets in advance the unique opportunity to drive through the Zoo and say hello to their favorite residents while supporting the Zoo and the care of our animals. This safe and family-friendly event is the perfect way to visit your No. 1 conservation destination and practice social distancing while the Zoo remains temporarily closed to foot traffic.
Ticket prices are $25/car for non-members and $10/car for members. Please note members are required to show membership cards at the point of entry. Memberships that have expired while the Zoo has been closed are still eligible for member pricing. Due to capacity restrictions, tickets are extremely limited and must be purchased in advance. Please visit lvzoo.org/cruise to purchase your ticket today.
For the safety of our guests and staff, tickets are available for online purchase only and will not be available for purchase at the Zoo. Tickets are non-replaceable and non-refundable. Please check our website in case of Zoo cancellations due to weather or any other reason.
Important Information:
-Vehicles must enter Game Preserve through the main Zoo entrance.
-Drivers must have a valid state-issued driver’s license and car insurance to participate in Cruise LVZoo.
-There will be no restroom access for the safety of our guests and staff. Please plan accordingly.
-Vehicles are required to follow the mandatory route.
-Visit lvzoo.org/cruiseaudio to download the Cruise LVZoo audio tour to listen to during your cruise! We recommend downloading the audio tour track ahead of time as mobile and WiFi reception at the Zoo is spotty.
-Vehicles will be required to make 30-second stops at all exhibit stop signs (timing is matched to the audio tour).
-Visitors must stay in vehicles at all times.
-Vehicle size must be no larger than a full‐size SUV/Truck (max specs: 224″ L x 81″ W x 74″).
-The speed limit is 4 mph.
-Some exhibits will not be in clear sight along our mandatory route – those exhibits include Mexican Gray Wolves, Fisher, Ringtail, Gray Fox, and Palomino Horse (limited view of barnyard animals, Lorikeets, and Cockatoos). In addition, the RAD Center will be closed.
-Masks are required for staff and strongly recommended for visitors.
-Loud noises are not permitted, including honking, music, yelling, and excessively loud vehicles.
-Pets are not permitted inside Zoo grounds.
-Alcohol is not permitted on Zoo grounds and vehicles are subject to be searched.
-There is no smoking or va**ng permitted on Zoo grounds.
-To ensure you have the best experience possible, please be sure to arrive with a full tank of gas in your vehicle.
-To comply with safety guidelines, our food services and stores will not be open to the public during Cruise LVZoo.
