2025

As we look back on 2025, our teams provided 17,158 spay-neuter surgeries! Keep in mind that each surgery day consists of pet cats and dogs, cats and dogs from rescues/shelters and feral cats.
A surgeon's day is filled with dog surgeries that take longer than cats; females take longer than males and of course, feral cats.
All done with great care and expertise alongside our tech staff who are kind, caring and talented.

Highlights this year were the cat transports done at 8 locations throughout the region resulting in 197 pet cats and 145 feral cats being fixed and vaccinated. Another NEW highlight was the 2 Beat the Heat feral cat days- one in July and another in October resulting in 236 feral cats being fixed, vaccinated and ear-tipped.
Looking forward into 2026, NNN will be offering 3 Beat the Heat feral days, March, July and October.

NNN contracts with municipalities that budget to fix feral cats.
Looking into 2026 NNN welcomes NEW municipalities offering TNR support: town of Bloomsburg, Lower Alsace Township, Maidencreek Township, Marion Township, city of Pittston, Reilly Township, city of Shamokin and Whitehaven Borough.

NNN supports our veterans with subsidized fees for their pets.
NNN supports the homeless with pets moving into housing. We have also helped those living outside with pets.
NNN supports clients of local pet food banks this year providing low-cost vouchers for 20 dogs and 27 cats.
NNN provides $15 TNR vouchers.

All of the programs and services are a result of your support and the hard work of our NNN teams. Your financial support. Your donations of supplies. Your use of Redner's and Boyers tags. Your donations of sheets, towels, comforters and newspapers. All these donations help to keep our fees as low as possible while providing quality services. We thank you!

Happy and healthy New Year from our teams! Barks and meows!

SHOUT OUT to Donna Fountain trapper extraordinaire up at our Plains clinic!

A Plains client had a PET cat get out of its carrier walking into the clinic earlier this week. NNN staff put out traps but called our friend Donna who trapped the cat. YAY!

SOOOOO wonderful considering the frigid weather we have been having all over the region. There aren't enough Kudos out there for what you did Donna!

TIP for cat owners: PLEASE check ALL clips that hold your carrier together to make sure it is safe to use for transport. If a clip is missing, use a zip tie through the hole. Make sure that the clips near the door are holding it to the rest of your carrier. It only takes a second and your cat is out!

To all Of you sending your condolence messages about our Boots. Thank you so much. It means a lot. Meet him when he first got to our clinic. That was over 12 years ago. We fixed and vaccinated him. And of course an ear tip. Wasn’t he a handsome guy?

11/18/2025

Sad news. For those of you visiting our Allentown clinic you see several cats that have been a part of our clinic colony . They are fed daily and have access to several straw boxes. One of our oldest males, Boots has been in declining health for over a year . Yesterday he was “running” to get fed. Today it was time to say goodbye. RIP Boots 💔 you

UPDATE! We got very positive feedback from some very experienced trappers out there willing to help the good folks in Factoryville. NNN will work with them to get them into the clinic to get the TNR ball rolling for this project!

It takes a village! Thank you all for your responses.

SHOUT OUT to FACTORYVILLE. The borough has a TNR program with funding but has had NO luck finding anyone willing to help trap in the borough. The borough has free vouchers but no takers to do TNR.

Yes, our clinic is 45 minutes away, but if you are experienced and willing to drive, we might be able to get you some appts to get started in 2026.

Please contact the borough of Factoryville or respond here if you can help.
