There will be over 300 K9 units in Alpena over the next few days. The units are from all over Michigan, the United States, and Canada. This is the 20th year that Alpena's CRTC Campus has hosted the NAPCH (National Association of Professional Canine Handlers). These units will be arriving Friday, September 26th.
