Another great training day with everyone! Nox is coming along super nicely, starting to ask more and more of him and he proves himself everytime!

Pupdate! Nina is a Mala/Yogi pup about a year and a half old now and her humans sent an update! So proud of this girl! We strive to produce a friendly and balanced temperament combined with the excellent socialization and training this girl had, she has turned into exactly what we look for in our dogs!

"Hi, Taylor. Just wanted to give you a Nina update. She is such a good dog! We had a party with 36 people, and she never tried to jump on anyone, was super friendly with everyone, gentle with tiny kids, never tried to get food (even in the kitchen full of it), etc. We were so proud of her!"

Some late night training with Ziva, Nox and Storm! They are such a joy to work with its the best way to end a day spending time with these guys! While Storm is most likely past her puppy days Ziva is planning her first litter next year after OFA's!

Excellent training weekend with Nox, Storm, Ziva and Apex! Unfortunately missed pictures of Storm and Ziva but Nox makes up for it with his good looks 😉 these Storm pups are serious STUNNING! Not to mentions the brains to go along with it. Huge thank you to Real World K-9 LLC and Phantom K-9 LLC for working our dogs! As always they do an amazing job and they wouldn't make the progress they do without them

While we do everything we can to breed responsibly, health testing and titles on breeding dogs, heat cycles are detailed and heavily tracked sometimes things slip past us, ending up with an "oops" litter out of our Labrador Harley and Belgian Malinois Khan. Harley and Khan are both heath tested and AKC registered (puppies can not be) they are stable, social and high drive dogs. Puppies look just like labs some with the slightly smaller frame of a Malinois, loaded with drive and energy but huge people lovers and pleasers. They are 8 weeks old and ready to go to their new homes!

Super fun training during the week with some of our young dogs. We wanted to try something different with them so we found a creepy abandoned cellar to test them with! Nox is still mentally a pretty inmature dog so I knew this was pushing him a little but he did outstanding. With the flash on the video shows pretty bright but it was a little dark and definitely musty with loud echoes. This is where all that confidence building as a young dog and great genetics come into play!
-disclaimer; we checked for all manner of sharp objects on the ground before sending our dogs, there was nothing on the ground that would harm them 😉

ITS PUPPY WEEK!! Puppies started their first week of training this week and here is a peek of just some of the things they learn while they are here! We developed this program because starting training young truly sets the dog and humans up for so much success in life. So while they are here everything they learn and do sets them up to be the absolute best they can be.

July 4th is a celebration for us but a scary time for many of our beloved pets! Here are a couple tips and tricks we recommend to keep your dog calm and safe during the fireworks!
-excerise plenty well before fireworks begin, that extra energy will turn into anxiety!
-work on training excerises to get their mind on obedience and focus on you rather then the noises (do this inside if fireworks are going off)
-have the TV volume or radio turned up to drown out the noises
-give them something to keep them busy like a raw marrow bone or frozen kong. My dogs love frozen kongs with peanut butter,yogurt and pumpkin mushed in it!
-If you are leaving to join the celebrations leave them in a crate in a part of the house that won't be as loud with the TV on, and a fresh bone to chew on! Check the crate for any weak spots that they could open.
-If you have to take them outside during fireworks keep them on a leash even if your yard is fenced and make sure the collar is on tight so they can't slip out in a panic, make sure they have tags or microchip updated!

Storm and her puppy Nox, she loves him and still treats him like her 8 week old puppy even though he is now 20 pounds bigger then her 🤣 where's your pups favorite place to rest at night? Storm prefers the cool floor while Nox takes the couch 🤣
