Cancellation/Missed Appointment/Late Pick-Up Policy

At Simply Dog Grooming, I value your time and my own, which is why I want to remind my clients of my policy. I understand that unexpected events occur, and I’ve been flexible in the past, but frequent last-minute cancellations can impact my ability to serve all of my furry clients! By adhering to this policy, I can ensure that every pup gets the attention they deserve. You will find my policy below.

My cancellation/missed appointment and late-pick up policy reads,
“All appointments rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the service.
All owners will receive a call or text 15-20 minutes before pickup. After 45 minutes from the original phone call or text, a late pick-up fee of $15 may be applied.
After 60 minutes from the original message, a fee of $35 may be applied.”

To ensure the best experience for everyone, please arrive at your scheduled appointment time or pick up time and text/call 616-240-9502 upon your arrival, as I can no longer accommodate early drop-offs or late pickups due to space limitations at our new location.

If you are traveling more than 20 minutes for your pup’s appointment, please notify me so I can provide adequate notice for pick up. Thank you for understanding!

We have been approved for the Alto location!! Starting December 9th, I will be grooming in Alto and no longer in Freeport.

🛑 ✋ ANNOUNCEMENT ✋ 🛑

At this time, we are searching for a new location for Simply Dog Grooming which will hopefully open the 3rd week of January. We don’t have many answers for you just yet, but we are excited nonetheless for this new chapter and thank you for all of your continued loyalty! We will update you as soon as we have some answers.
