Over the weekend, Emma Hansen, one of our groomers, lost her father in an ATV accident. Our hearts break for her and her family. Please join us in lifting her up in prayer as she mourns this great loss and also celebrates what a wonderful and influential man he was in her life.

We are so excited to announce that we will have another groomer in the shop. Katie Dykstra is originally from Bozeman, Montana. She graduated Dordt in 2014, and has a background in social work and nursing. She lives in Sioux Center with her golden doodle Indie. Katie will be starting to take her own appointments starting in July. She has a super accommodating schedule as well as a few training spots still available in June. We have continued to be blessed by our wonderful clients this year. All of us here at Pet Centra are so grateful that you have entrusted us with such special members of your family.❤️

We completely understand how difficult it has been getting grooming appointments the last couple of months. Know that we are doing our best to help everyone who is in need of grooming services. There are a few things that we ask of you to help us as we continue into the next couple of busy months.

The best way to guarantee that your pet has an appointment is to book ahead. If we have not reached out to you for future appointments please contact us. We will do our best to help remind everyone of their appointments going forward.

If you have appointments in the future please let us know in advance if you are unable to make your appointment. This allows us to help out people who are patiently waiting to get in and ensure that we are able to support our families through our work.

Finally, please be on time for appointments. Grooming is not an exact science and we can not always perfectly predict how long dogs will take us. However being on time for your appointment allows us to try to make sure we are able to get home on time to our families and other scheduled activities.

Thank you everyone! We truly appreciate that you have allowed us to do what we love.

We added another little one to our family. Kasen came 4 weeks earlier than we expected. Everyone is healthy, thankful, and adjusting.
