Good Afternoon ~
Are you as excited as we are for January 20th, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. (pst)? We've had some questions on "How does it all work"? We know it's a long post, but PLEASE READ IT ALL!
Below is an example of a completed selection form, helpful hints and detailed information.
You don't need to include the Pen #, Color or Age- the most important information is the tag number. We recommend you list horses in order of preference, and articulate how many horses you intend on Adopting/Purchasing (we'll confirm you're approved for that number) and if you intend on utilizing a Satellite pickup location or will be picking up directly from the corrals. Please note, all horses being transported to a Satellite Pickup location will not be haltered due to safety and the neck tag will remain on in order to assist the Satellite location with easy identification.
We will begin going through Selection Forms on January 20th, 2025. Please remember, just because you hit send at 8:00 a.m. (pst) doesn't mean you'll be the first email to be received in our inbox. It's likely many adopters also hit send at the same time. Again, we will go in the order received according to our inbox.
Once we get to your Selection Form, we will contact you on the telephone number provided on your Application/Request to Purchase. We will communicate which horses are available from based on your Selection Form and confirm which horse(s) you'd like to move forward with. If we are unable to get a hold of you, we give you 15 minutes to return our call, if we don't hear back, we will move on to the next Selection Form. Please have your information ready, as any delays will only delay the over all process. Lastly, a gentle reminder, no everyone chooses to share which horse(s) they adopted. Please be respectful to those who wish to share and those who wish not to share. Thank you, we appreciate you all!!
