Friday's schedule is filling up FAST!

Delivery spots for this Friday are filling up FAST! Be sure to get your order placed if you'd like to be included this week. Everything on the menu is available, including 3 oz Mung Bean $5. The only exception is Cilantro, and that won't be ready for another week or two.

Taking a break to cool down a bit after working outside. This coming Fridays schedule is already filling up! All the same wonderful goodness will be available that was available last week. Good morning! It's a beautiful overcast day and I'm so thankful for the rain we've had. Last week I was incapacitated for much of the week and didn't get around to posting what would be available. The coolers are cooling and I'm ready to load up. I'll be heading to BLAIR, OK with some Sunny Delight Samplers, Pea Shoots, Sunflower Shoots, Broccoli microgreens, Red Clover microgreens, Bean Shoots, and Radish microgreens. I'll have extras so if anyone would like to grab some while I'm in town, I'll be stopped at the Blair Superette (Black Chevy Pickup) at 10 a.m.

Did I mention the new bean shoots available this week? These have a less "leafy" profile than what's been available so far, and are great in stirfry dishes! Grown from the same healthy seed but under different conditions so you're getting the same fabulous produce
