I want to express how thankful I am for all of your patronage for the 11 years I have been open here in Alva. Feb 14 will be our last day grooming in Alva but you can always still use my services at our Woodward location Sigma Grooming! 🚗

There is no amount of words that properly explain how much gratitude I have towards you for being there for me in all the seasons of my life and allowing me to be in all the seasons of yours as well! ☀️❄️🍁☔️Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your family and all the losses, announcements, gains, and growths multiple fur friends and babies! 📢📣🐶

You all have been a very important part of who I have become today. Supportive and caring as well as encouraging the next chapter I am about to embark on. You have taught me how to run a business effectively and manage my time well! Grooming is very hard work but it’s always a blessing getting to go to work and do something you love and connect with people on a personal level. I got to learn how to be more patient and problem solve in the moment!

✂️I want to encourage you to be have patience when you start your new relationship with your new groomers! They are learning your fur pets needs as well as trying to learn to communicate with you. Everyone communicates differently! Change your expectations! It might take a couple tries to get what you are asking…. You gave me that many tries! It may take a little longer….. it’s okay we don’t have the same process or equipment! They may smell differently…. that’s their soap preferences. 🧼 Their finished work may look different…. give them grace and time like you did me to improve my trade and skill.
Be kind! We are all in a new transition. Your new groomer is doing their best. You are more than welcome to reach out to me at my new location to get my grooming notes for your pet! I encourage you to do what’s best for your family and pets. If you choose to join us on our journey awesome!
