DNA kits are not discounted.
You must be a current AMHA Member.
Hardships must be postmarked/emailed between Jan 21st and April 1st. Payment in full must accompany a fully completed Hardship Application, photos, DNA request (if mare or stallion), and copy of AMHR papers (if applicable).
Inspections must be completed by Dec 31, 2025 or full Hardship fee will be charged.
Office must receive all documents at least TWO WEEKS prior to inspection or Expediting Fees will be charged and/or inspection will be denied. Absolutely NO inspections/measuring without permission from the Registrar.
You must indicate at which show the inspection will be done at when submitting the Hardship Application.

So Excited and Honored to be AMHA's World Show Manager for 2025! With help from local clubs, AMHA members, trainers, judges, directors, staff and committees, we can make our 2025 World Show an event to remember! I am dedicated to working hard and efficiently for our AMHA registry but please understand I cannot do it alone. Make plans to attend and support your local shows. The Regionals will be well organized and your support and attendance is welcomed. Mark your calendars for the 2025 AMHA World Show (September 20-27) and keep checking the AMHA page for schedules of events and updates. My staff will be seeking sponsorship from local clubs, members, trainers, retailers and businesses in the next several months. Please be supportive! I am looking forward to seeing you all throughout the summer and at our big event in Ft. Worth!❤

Due to an impending winter storm, the AMHA office will be closed Thursday, Jan 9th.
We are south of Ft. Worth where the dark blue and light blue meet. Freezing rain (ice!) will be followed by some snow. In all likelihood we will be closed Friday as well, but will make that call Friday morning.

AMHA has incurred the same rising costs that everyone has been facing. To lessen the impact on our loyal members, we have primarily raised non-member fees. There are some price increases that will affect our members, however. The Customer Work Order Form will be updated as soon as possible to reflect these changes. Please be sure to use the most current form when submitting your paperwork. ​We will be going by postmark/emailed date - not the date the mail is received in the office. Please be sure to renew your AMHA Membership for 2025 as soon as possible to take advantage of the Member prices.
