Little miss hung out with her grandparents while we processed 9 buns on Mother’s Day! Not everyone’s idea for Mother’s Day but I’m happy and proud we got it done in an hour and half (we’re quite out of practice processing lol) and got just over 24lbs of meat 😊

Lovely weather this weekend, pictured first is Marigold’s litter snuggled up (need to remove their box soon), then Nova’s second litter excited about these kits! Also finally started seeds for the garden yesterday (late but trying soil blocking for the first time), and a couple of our pullets are starting to last their teeniest first eggs!

I still haven’t picked out a name for this pretty girl. She was much more excited about her date with Peter this morning. Hopefully she took this time. Thorin also had a date with Delfi. Both sets had four fall offs so we should see some babies in January!
