Concarella Performance Horses is proud to share the incredible achievements of Josie and Lauren Johnson at the 2024 CPRHA affiliate championship at the Sandhills Global Event Center!

On Friday i managed to win 1200$ in the open classes schooling and getting ready Josie’s and Lauren’s horse for their classes.
On Saturday, Lauren won the 13 and under class with an outstanding ride. Josie also had a great run in the youth 14-18 class, but unfortunately, five spins at the end of her pattern kept her from winning the class.

On Sunday, Lauren and Levi tied for 1st place in Rookie 1 with a 70 1/2, and she also finished 2nd in Rookie 2! Josie and her 4-year-old horse, Benny, had a fantastic ride, finishing 9th in Rookie 1-2. Both girls have now qualified for Nationals in Oklahoma City the first week of December!

Special shoutout to everyone who helped make this possible and to the Central Plains Reining Horse Association for organizing such a great event. We couldn’t be prouder of the girls and their dedication to the sport!

Very pleased to see that horses that were raised and trained in our program still find their way to bring trophies at home!
Special edition chic (Gino) was bronze champion in L3 14-18 Ranch Riding and 5th in the L2 Ranch Riding, bred and raised by us in Italy and flew to USA when he was a yearling.
Dreamin in Hollywood (Enzo) was 10th in the working western rail was purchased when he was a month old from the great breeding program Carlton Crowe and Khris Crowe.

We had an incredible week at the 100x Brazos Slide, with standout performances across the board!

🌟 Gun Dun It and Lorenzo Concarella:
- Tied to win the Level 1 Open Maturity
- 5th in the Level 2 Maturity
- Won the Limited Open
- Reserve in the Intermediate Open
