Urgent! Special Foster Needed ......
This little sweetheart is Nugget. He is located in Houston.
Nugget is 15 lbs and is 10 months old and a very sweet little puppy. He is house trained and crate trained and he’s really a good little boy. His only fault is that he steals shoes. He does not chew them.
Nugget has an injury and has some type of trauma to his pen*s and needs to have emergency surgery.
Recovery time for this type of surgery is about three months and we need a special Foster to care for this little guy while he heals.

Transport Update:::
Last night in Pickerington Ohio there was an outpour of strength and kindness of epic proportions!
There were over 50 volunteers that came out to help. They walked and fed the dogs around 5 PM and then a bunch of people went over to Gail’s house. She is the incredible woman who opened her home to Jeff and Mary, our drivers, and all 42 of our dogs for the evening.
A bunch of volunteers helped them move everything over and get the dogs set up inside her home for the night.
Then a bunch of volunteers came back out at 9 PM to help walk the dogs for the last time that evening.
Once again this morning at 6 AM, 16 people showed up to help walk and feed the dogs and get them back into the van. (In Freezing temperatures)
Some volunteers also helped clean up Gail’s house.
So many volunteers brought over supplies like extra crates and blankets and puppy pads. All were used and appreciated!
Sometimes in rescue, because we are in touch with so much harm and abuse and hurt of these sweet animals, we forget the there are good people in the world.
Let this be a reminder to all of us that there are a LOT of good people in the world and if we stick together we can make amazing things happen for GOOD! Thank you to all !!!

Houston :::: Medical foster & donations needed. Rex was shot 2 times and has a broken leg !
We have taken on some medical cases recently and we don’t have the funds to help this little guy.
This little guy was found limping along. Someone picked him up and contacted us. He’s at Glade Valley Vet now. The vet said that he was shot with pellets and has one lodged in his chest cavity and one near his spine and he has a broken leg. The leg needs surgery or amputation. We are not sure yet which one.
We are naming him Rex. He is 15 lbs.

This little girl was found by a good Samaritan a couple of days ago and she contacted us for help.
