Please share everyone. Time really is crucial right now!

We must help save the cattle that have survived the wild fires! They need food!

We are leaving in 1 week to bring supplies to the Texas panhandle. The fires have been devastating. Losing this amount of livestock will affect the food chain. Even if you are not in Texas, this will affect your cost of beef at the grocery store.

Please consider donating to help us get to our goal. We will be purchasing the items needed.

You can also drop off donations if you are local or ship them in.

I am keeping track of all donations and will be posting how funds are spent and where donations go.

Update #1

We will be leaving Houston March 21st or 22nd
We are struggling to get donations to bring up to the panhandle. So far we have raised $1850 from very generous donors so we are almost halfway to our goal. Our plan for the monetary donations is to spend them on items that are not physically donated. Again all receipts will be available upon request from donors.

We have also received a donation of six bags of feed and 7 bags of dog food and cat food along with a few other small items. This is a 10 Hour dive up to the panhandle and we really want to bring a full load with us.

Currently the fires are still burning and it’s estimated that 6500 cattle have lost their lives. 500 houses destroyed.
Much of the area where the surviving cattle have been moved to is burned, so grazing is not an option. The survivors are dependent upon the food that’s being trucked into the region.

Any help with gas cards would also be appreciated. It will cost us approximately $800 in fuel for our truck and trailer and van to go there and back.

There are 320 million plus people in the USA. If just 5% gave $1 that would make an enormous difference.

Largest fire in Texas history is going on in the Texas panhandle right now. Over 1,000,000 acres have now burned or are on fire currently.

Over 8 million animals both livestock and wildlife have been affected along with their humans in that area. 6500 confirmed deceased.

My husband and I will be collecting donations starting in Houston Texas, going through Dallas Texas and onto the Texas panhandle area.
