Sorry for last minute notice, but archery pictures will be tomorrow afternoon. Intermediate starts at 4:30, then high school is next at 5 during their practice, followed by the middle school at 5:45. Hoping to have them all completed by 6:30. Thanks for your understanding. See you there. I will have your archery shirts there.

Ok, this has been delayed due to a busy Thanksgiving, but it’s time to bid. We have 2 bows in hard plastic cases, one LH and one RH. Pictures are included. The bow with all the arrows in the case is the LH bow, but I will be placing 5 matching arrows to make it a good set. We will start the biding at $50 on each bow. We will be accepting bids until midnight Sunday. I will announce the winners Monday and the kids can pick up bows this week during their practice, just bring the payment with them. Just message me on here with your bids. Thanks and good luck.

Starting tomorrow at 5pm in the elementary gym will be 3D practice. Only middle school and high school kids with at least one year of archery prior to this season can enter the 3D practice. I will be setting up a few bullseye targets, if anyone who doesn't qualify for 3D just wants some extra practice.

Just a reminder, this Friday I will be putting the 2 bows we have in the storage on here for auction, if no one has claimed them. So parents in need keep your eyes open for the announcement. I will give details and photos when that starts.

We have 2 bows in cases that have been in the archery storage closet since last season. If you can describe the bow and case to me you can claim your item, if no one claims these 2 bows by Friday we will auction them off, so anyone who is in need of a bow still keep your eye out. If they are yours and you would just like to donate them just let me know. Thank you!

DON'T FORGET!!

Tomorrow is the 1st middle school practice for archery. We will be in the elementary gym at 5 pm. Please have forms and fees if you haven't already returned them. I am looking forward to seeing everyone.

Hello again archery fans. I have dropped of sign-up forms at the intermediate, middle, and high-school offices. If you couldn't make last Fridays meeting, stop by and grab one. I will need shirt money and count by Friday. The fee to participate is due by the 1st practice. We will start practice from 5-6 PM starting Monday the 21st for high-school, the 22nd for middle school, and the 23rd for the intermediate. If you have any questions my email is [email protected], please fill free to reach out. I am learning so please be patient, it will get better as we move forward.

HIGH SCHOOL AND MIDDLE SCHOOL
We will have an end of season meeting on Friday, April 5th 4pm to 5pm. We will play some archery games and go over results. There is no 3D practice tomorrow. There is no practice on Monday for high school and no practice on Wednesday for middle school. Hope to see everyone on Friday the 5th.

Great job at state, archers!! We are very proud of each of you!! You represented Alvord well!!

For intermediate:
No practice today!

Next Tuesday, we are having our end of season party from 4-5
We will play some archery games, so students should still bring their bows.
We can’t explain how proud we are of them! We’ve had so many practices and we’ve put safety rules and expectations in front of them and they met them!
Thank you parents for your support, encouragement, and time to make them successful!
