🌟 A Heartfelt Farewell from Mariah 💜

It’s never easy to say goodbye to someone who’s made such a big impact—not just on our team, but on the lives of the dogs (and humans!) she cared for every single day.

As Mariah prepares to begin a new journey as a surgical technician (we’re SO proud of her!), she wanted to share a few words with all of you—our Sidekicks family.

Dear Sidekicks Family,
As I prepare to step away from my role at Sidekicks, I want to take a moment to share just how much it has meant to me to care for your pets and be a part of your lives.

Getting to know your beloved pets has truly been one of the greatest joys of my life. From silly playtime moments to the quiet, comforting snuggles, each of your pets brought something special to my days. Being trusted with their care was a responsibility I never took lightly, and I will forever be grateful for the love and connection I felt with each of them.

Equally important were the relationships I built with all of you. Your support, kindness, and trust made my job feel like so much more than work—it felt like family.

While I’m incredibly excited to be starting a new chapter as a surgical technician, leaving this part of my life behind is not easy. I will deeply miss the daily interactions, the wagging tails, the sweet faces, and the conversations we shared.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for allowing me to be a part of your pets’ lives. You’ve all made a lasting impact on me, and I carry that with me as I move forward.

This beautiful girl was found by one of our amazing clients and has been waiting patiently for someone to give her the loving home she deserves. Meet Sophie — she’s about 6 months old, full of love, and great with other dogs!

No owners have come forward, so Sophie is officially looking for her new family. 💛 She loves to play, is affectionate, and would make a perfect companion. All of her vaccinations will be fully covered, so she’s ready to settle in with someone special!

🐾 Still Searching for Home Sweet Home 🐾

Remember these two sweethearts? 💛 Charlie and Angel are still looking for their perfect forever home.

They were adopted by a kind-hearted lady back in November, but sadly, it just wasn’t the right fit for this lovable duo. Charlie and Angel are a bonded pair who truly thrive in a calm, peaceful environment.

They would be happiest with an older couple who can shower them with love, snuggles, and maybe a few extra treats. 🍖 They’re wonderful with children and can coexist with other pets but prefer a quiet life where they can relax and be your loyal little shadows.

Meet Panzer, a dapper, dapple, dachshund who needs a new home. You see, Panzer struck gold…

He had a great life, a cool dad, and then…well…dad took a turn for the worse. Panzer doesn’t know this. He’s been hanging out with us, but his family is trying to find him another cool person to call family. Interested in this little dude? Here’s the shortlist:

☝️ Panzer is a one man show. He will be your best friend, but will be very disgruntled if he has to share you with children or other pets. He’d be okay if you had a wife…he supposes.

🕰️ Panzer isn’t a spring chicken, but he is a wise ole’ owl. This 9 year old man comes set in his ways about how the neighbors mow their lawn, how little he thinks of the vet visits, and how much he loves a spot in the sun.

💉 He’s up to date on his vaccines, microchipped, neutered, and just had a bath and pedicure.

❤️ Panzers favorite past times include imitating a donut while watching TV, philosophical discussion about WWII and why he can see the dogs on the TV, but they can’t see him.

Creative grooming is all about adding a little flair and fun to our furry friends’ style — and Miss Daisy totally rocked her confetti-inspired look today! 💕 From rainbow sprinkles to her cupcake bandana, she was the star of the grooming table!

At Sidekicks, safety is always our top priority. All color used is pet-safe, non-toxic, and specifically formulated for dogs, ensuring it’s gentle on their skin and coat. We also make sure each pup is comfortable, happy, and wiggling with excitement every step of the way!
