Bark Avenue is now hiring. We are looking for three individuals to add to our fast-growing business. Here are the positions available: Groomer Assistant/Bather Brusher. This is what a Bather Brusher does at Bark Avenue -- Brush, Bathe and Dry the dogs. Cut and file the nails. Clean the ears Express glands when needed. Clean your work area as needed. ETC... We work as a Team everyday so you must have great communication skills. We will train the right motivated person. Compensation as follows: $13.00 per hour (this is a full-time position 40 hours) 100% of your tips from the customer (no tip sharing) PTO hours after 90 days. Uniform compensation. Paid continuing education Just to give you an idea of what the above equates to, $17.00 to $23.00 per hour is the average pay for this position. We are looking to fill these positions starting 9/1/24. We do have an extensive interview process because we want only the best working with our Grooming Team. This position is a great segway to learning how to become a professional groomer. Ask about our Groomer Training program.
