Our Sunflower Microgreens is everyone’s Favorite!!

This recipe is Packed with vitamins and nutrients, and is a great way to fuel your body and energize your morning routine!!

𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗺𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗲

To make this smoothie, you will need:

* 1 cup of almond milk
* 1 banana
* 1/2 cup of sunflower microgreens
* 1/2 cup of frozen berries (we recommend blueberries or strawberries)
* 1 tablespoon of honey

Directions:
* Add all ingredients to a blender.
* Blend until smooth and creamy.
* Pour into a glass and enjoy!

𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 & 𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗼 🥗

This salad made with microgreens, peaches, avocado, nuts, and salty feta is perfect for a light and healthy lunch!!

Ingredients
For the dressing:
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
* 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
* 1 tablespoon maple syrup
* 1/2 clove garlic , minced
* sea salt and black pepper , to taste

For the salad:
* 4 cups (about 3.5 oz. /microgreens(I used pea shoots)
* 2 peaches , sliced
* 1 avocado , thinly sliced
* 1/2 small red onion , thinly sliced
* 1/2 cup (about 2 oz. /feta cheese , crumbled)
* 1/2 cup pecans , toasted and chopped

Instructions
* Make the dressing by combining the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, and garlic in a small jar with a lid.
* Cover and shake until mixed well. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
* Set aside.
* Place the microgreens, peaches, avocado, red onion, feta cheese, and pecans into a large bowl and toss to combine.
* Drizzle with the prepared dressing and toss gently again.

𝗠𝗜𝗖𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗡 𝗚𝗨𝗔𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗢𝗟𝗘 🥑

This great recipe is a nourishing dish that is delicious, wholesome and refreshing!!
You can spread it on your toast or use it as a dip!!

Ingredients:
* 2 avocados
* 1/2 lime juice
* 2/3 cup roughly chopped micro-sunflower (or micro-cilantro)
* 1/4 finely chopped red onion
* 1/2 finely chopped jalapeno pepper
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder
* Salt to taste

Preparation:
1. Place two avocados in a bowl with lime juice and salt.
2. Mash them into a paste-like mixture.
3. Add the chopped jalapeno pepper, onion, sunflower, and stir to mix.
4. You can sprinkle some micro-cilantro on top if you’re a fan!
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
