Spud, a cheerful little gecko with a knack for adventure, lived near the town fire station. On Thanksgiving Day, he smelled something delicious wafting through the air and decided to investigate. Scuttling under the firehouse door, he discovered the firefighters gathered around a table, enjoying a potluck feast. One firefighter, Ryan, noticed the tiny guest and laughed, offering him a crumb of pumpkin pie. Spud, thrilled with the treat, became the star of the celebration as he climbed onto the firetruck. The crew declared Spud their honorary Thanksgiving mascot, snapping pictures and sharing laughter. As the day wound down, Spud basked near the warmth of the station's fire pole, content to have shared in the gratitude and joy of the holiday.
