Long time no post.. so here we are. The baby puppy in the previous post is home with us and plays copilot to almost all of our nail trims. If you want some puppy love just let us know!

Here's one of our wonderful clients who invited the puppy in to their home to share some peanut butter. The puppy, nachos, and momma had a great time ❤️

*updated decreased price* No Payne nail trims is now offering drop in pet service. We can spend 30 minutes walking/playing/letting your dog out to potty for $25 or an hour of those things for $40. Send us a message if you're interested in our new service! (Well even throw in some basic pet manners reinforcement while we're there)

Hello,
We just wanted to make a quick business announcement. With the continuing climb of gas prices, effective July 1st all nail trims will be $15. I've been fighting with this idea for a while now but, since gas prices aren't decreasing... Regrettably it is where we are. When gas prices go back down, we will absolutely go back to our lower price.

Additionally, if it is storming (thunder and or lightning) we will not be having an appointment. We will reschedule your appointment to ASAP. My oldest pup struggles with thunder and likely add some level of stress to your pup. Life is too short to have your animal be stressed from a storm and further stressed by the nail trim.

We love our nail trim family and hope you understand we are trying our best to keep providing our service to you all and keep everyone safe.

Meet our friend, and one of our long term client's, Allie! Our friend Allie is a Great Pyrenees, Greyhound and Lab Mix. She's around 4 years old and we've know her for almost a year now. She has a big big bark and will let everyone know when you show up at her house. Good girl Allie!

Did you know:

When dog nails get too long, it can lead to pain and other serious issues. Over time, your dog might develop spine and posture problems (like sitting or standing oddly) due to frequently shifting weight because of overgrown nails? Nails that are TOO long can even lead to difficulty walking, lameness or serious injury; especially if they’re so long that they touch the ground.

We find that in order to maintain a good length, nails should be trimmed every 3-4 weeks for dogs whose nails grow quicker and 4-5 weeks for nails who grow slower.

If your pups nails are TOO long and we need to get them shorter, we should schedule an appt every 2 or 3 weeks to help get your pup shorter nails and a more comfortable stride.

The best time to get those dog nails done is once every 4 weeks. This keeps them at about the same length. If you think your pup has nails that you'd like shorter, schedule us to come out every 2 or 3 weeks!

Yesterday we got to meet Duke!! His mom says he can be shy around new people but, he must've know we were good from the beginning because I think we were fast friends! This was definitely the first dalmatian we've got to pawdicure but, we'll be seeing Duke again soon to get his nails looking pawfect👌
